Apostle Scott Waterman

Meet Our Founder

Apostle Scott M. Waterman was raised in the Pentecostal/Charismatic movement and began ministering publicly at the age of three. Encouraged by his grandparents and seasoned saints, he regularly conducted “services” that included worship, preaching, offerings, and altar calls. He responded to a public altar call for salvation at age five and was filled with the Holy Spirit at age seven. As a teenager, Scott became actively involved in worship, singing in the choir and serving as a soloist before joining the church’s praise and worship team at sixteen, where he was mentored by anointed leaders. At nineteen, despite having no formal training on a lead instrument, Scott prayed for the gift to play. In a defining moment, the Holy Spirit imparted a supernatural ability to play the keyboard, ushering in a worship anointing marked by original melodies, spiritual sensitivity, and a growing revelation of the sounds and frequencies of heaven.

At the age of 17, Scott fell into a season of sin, causing the pregnancy of his short time girlfriend, Michelle. This was devastating to the both of them as they had both been raised in the church and served in the local church they were part of. They both however, were immediately repentant, submitting to leadership, and a process of discipleship and restoration. They were married on April 25th, 1998. Their first child arrived later that year. They were restored to ministry and have now been in ministry for almost 30 years, 20 of those years in full-time pastoral ministry. In 1999, Scott co-founded the Christian rock band The StickFigure Band, recording two albums, performing hundreds of concerts, and leading many to Christ until 2005.

He later transitioned into full-time worship leadership while pursuing pastoral ministry, where prophetic gifting began to emerge with notable accuracy and impact. In 2008 Scott and Michelle took over a church in Jamestown, where a family atmosphere became a well known culture amongst people. Revolutionary Life Church became a regional hub for conferences, worship nights, and signs, miracles and wonders. It was a small storefront street church where many drug and alcohol addicts, homeless, demonized, sick and afflicted people would come to get healed and set free. Many supernatural manifestations would happen during services, such as a glory clouds, gold dust, angelic manifestations, and miracles. Although he served in pastoral roles for many years, it became clear through spiritual fathering and ministry development that Scott was called to the apostolic.

Following a near-death encounter in 2025, the Lord spoke to him, “The time is now.” Shortly thereafter, Scott was publicly commissioned by Apostle Brian Britton of Harvest Family Network, under which Scott and Michelle are ordained, and LionFire International Apostolic Network was launched. In 2926 the Waterman’s will celebrate 28 years of marriage. They have a daughter Kayli and son in law, Luis still living in Jamestown. Emileigh, 18, Judah 13, and Zachary who the Waterman’s have legal guardianship of live in NW Pennsylvania where they pastor Fire on the Mountain Fellowship and provide oversight to the LionFire International Apostolic Network.
